“Not what I expected”

The groom's mother had jewlry stolen from her room. Too many housekeepers in the halls at an early time. At 8-9 am there was housekeeping - they should be in the halls between 10 am and 2 pm since check out is at noon.

“Nice hotel”

This hotel was very nice on both the outside and inside. It is located in a convenient area right off the highway. The rooms weren't anything special but they were very clean and modern. The pool was a nice size and had a basketball hoop which was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

“Customer Service Rules”

We stayed here on April 17 with another couple. This was the first Hilton property for them and they were very impressed. They especially like the free breakfast. As a gold level member I have stayed in quite a few HGIs and they are always friendly, welcoming and a pleasure.

Despite some issues with the room, which were promptly taken care of by hotel management, this hotel offers a great service, clean environment and a good location near shopping and restaurants. A good choice for staying in the Rockford, IL area.

Service was as expected from a Hilton, very helpful staff, clean rooms and an overall good experience. The breakfast has a made-to-order menu, which is always nice to start the day. There is a residential neighborhood nearby that provides streets to run on, if you are so inclined.

Great place to stay - grand kids love the pool area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking lot is well lighted and feels safe. Free coffee throughout the day. There is a breakfast service as well if desired.

great place and ameneties... pool, bar and reception area. close to everything. pleanty of parking space. the staff was nice especially housekeeping. front desk and bar empoyees too.would recommend and go back to stay for a longer time.
