“Lovely Soaring Indoor Garden”

This Hyatt is just off the freeway near O'Hare Airport. It is not an exotic location for walking to Downtown attractions, but is much less expensive and all the cool Downtown stuff is a short "El" ride away. “Great Hotel”

Attended a conference here with about 900 colleagues. The hotel was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping and food service did an excellent job. Looking forward to going back next year.

I stayed here over night. The lobby, check-in, restaurant and bar area all are nice. However, the room was cramped with the smallest bathroom i've seen in a hotel. Now I would expect this in a hostel but a Hyatt!! Not good. I guess the rounded building is the reason for this.

The nearly famous rounded parts of the building are indeed the reason for the design of the room you stayed in while with us. We certainly hope that you will join us again, and be sure to mention this at check in so that we can accommodate you in another area of the hotel. More

When we returned to the hotel, we were informed that we would not be able to move our car out of the parking ramp due to recent parking ramp flooding. Stayed in this hotel April 8-11, 2013. I was there on business. I flew in to O'Hare and caught the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle is a very helpful perk! I was checked in on the shuttle by the friendly attendant, and she made my key for me so I went directly to my room, bypassing the front desk.... More
