Could have been a 5 star. Very comfortable beds. Nice showers in the bathroom. Good amenities. Biggest downside is only two hotel restaurants, and both are expensive and not that great, and only one serves breakfast. This was better than I expected based on some of the other reviews. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Very nice large shower. The restaurants inside the restaurant were very good. Especially the Steak House. Fitness Center was small but doable for catching a quick work out. I would stay here again :)

We stayed here due to a wedding and were very impressed. The lobby had a great high end fire place and check in was a breeze. They have the newer stations rather than one long counter, which is much nicer. We got a 16th floor room with a view of the Chicago skyline. The bathrobes provided were fresh and white.... More
