Not fancy but very clean. Front desk is very friendly. We have stay in Woodstock often and find the location and price acceptable. Not fancy but nice. Continental breakfast is not the greatest but acceptable. Close to small restaurant next to Benoy motors. Huge Walmart nearby if you have forgotten anything. Woodstock is a quaint town to visit
