towels were like car rags, bed sagged, bathroom finishings not quality workmenship, complimentary breakfast not worth the effort of going to. staff not friendly, TV channel selections not very good, mostly local. No Cookies

I stay in a lot of hotels around the world and this was definitely one of my better experiences. From the friendly staff to the set up of my room I was impressed. Good value to be had here in Greenfield.

I set up a room block for all of our out of town guests/ family as well as our entire wedding party! The staff was great! Especially the sales manager! She worked hard to take care of our (many) requests!

The Hampton and its' staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms clean, configuration attractively different from other hotels. I enjoyed the shower; it was a shower and not a bathtub/shower combination. My preference but perhaps not of those with children. Bed extremely comfortable.

Perfect..................I enjoyed the location, the atmosphere and the quality of bedding, as the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this was probably the cleanest of all. The staff was very pleasurefull to deal with.

Great stay from our arrival to our departure everything was perfect! The front desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was in excellent shape, our bed was comfortable, and our sleep uninterrupted. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Clean, great location, attentive front desk, maintenance and housekeeping. Only "issue" in the mornings at breakfast they couldn't keep the bold coffee or food stocked fast enough. Must have been a hungry bunch. I will stay again if in the area.
