First of all let me say we typically love Country Inn and stay in many. I use their card and earn free nights just about every year. While this was not the worst, it didn't measure up to most that we've stayed in. With that said it wasn't so bad I wouldn't stay here again, I'd give it another shot... More

I have stayed at this property before and enjoy this brand of hotels. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was disappointed with the room - didn't seem as up-to-date as other Country Inn and Suites around the country. Also, the water pressure was so low the second morning that the water would not come out of the shower... More

The staff was very nice, however the rooms were a big disappointment. They need updated, ceilings were "cobbwebbie", mattress lumpy, pillowcases wrinkled, smelled of cigarette smoke, even though "no smoking" rooms. Breakfast was nice and food good. Pick another place. More

Customer service was great. The hotel needs help. Year after year we stay because we like Country Inn & Suites but every year it gets worse. It is advertised on the outside of the building that they have an indoor pool but they don’t tell you it feels like ice. The Hot tub isn’t hot either, cooler than normal bath... More

We stayed at this problem Thanksgiving weekend. The service of the management and staff were impeccable. We were greeted when we walked thru the door and our check in was expedited quickly and efficiently. The layout of the king suite was nice and accomodated my family very well. I was less enthused with the fact that a lone long strand... More

Our stay at the Country Inns & Suites, at 4225 Southport Crossing Way in Indianapolis, Indiana was THE BEST motel experience we’ve ever had. No, we are not hermits, but we know great service when we see it, use it and taste it. First and foremost, the entire staff was efficient, engaging and eager to serve at every turn. They... More

We were very dissapointed by our recent stay to the Country Inn & Suites! We were in town for a wedding and had many rooms booked as part of the group. We booked a King Suite five months before our stay and called the hotel the week before to confirm and ask for rooms closeby to our relatives. We arrived... More

The room was clean, spacious and bright. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Love the country pine decor and the noted artist prints. Indoor pool and hot tub worked fine. Breakfast was abundant with the usual pastries. They also offered eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy (3 each day), which my husband said was very good. I stayed 4... More

The BAD. . . Door keys stopped working repeatedly and had to go the desk multiple times for them to be reset. Hot Tub would not work. Dirty towels left in the room and trash cans not emptied. Side entrances into the hotel would not close and remained open all day and night. Vending machines not stocked. Ice machine only... More

From the freezing cold pool to the moldy bathroom, not planning to return until updates and renovations are made and guests are listened to. I have brought issues to management's attention twice in the last year; however, no changes were made. A reduction in room charges does not change the experience for my family. Not expecting a high-end luxury hotel,... More
