Front staff unfriendly, rates change from when you make reservation, rooms smell like smoke(in a smoke free room), found a piece of glass in bed, toilet not flushed, no towels at swimming pool even when we asked several times, breakfast was to start at 7:00am but didn't open until almost 7:30. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This is an older hotel which needs some major updating. I can understand that, but our toilet was not flushing correctly from the time we checked in. My husband fixed it a couple of times and then I called for maintenance on it. We had to wait a few hours until the maintenance person came in and my husband told...

To start off, we called the hotel to confirm our reservation and were on hold for 43 minutes! When they finally did answer the phone, they seemed as though it was an inconvenience for them to answer our questions. When arriving, my husband asked about the amount of time we were on hold and the two staffers at the front...

Hello, I just want to say my husband and I stayed there for 5 days and we noticed from the outside it looked like it needed a little love but, the inside The Rooms, Beds, Food and the Front Desk were great! We were happy with all.

We did not have a good experience at this hotel at all. We picked it for its convenient location (right off the interstate) and because it had an indoor pool. Overall, the hotel was just plain dirty.
The common areas are the worst. The pool area was pretty disgusting with standing water on the floor and dirty towels strewn about....

Hubby and I stayed here one night and got a king size bed. It is a very nice clean room. Nothing to complain about at all. A room like this would cost twice as much in Florida, but I guess Indianapolis doesn't get a lot of tourists lol. Coffee maker in the room with good coffee; shampoo, conditioner, lotion and...

The hotel itself is very decent. Six floors, smoking rooms. My room was top floor and smoking (which I requested). No fridge/micro, but it had a nice bathroom and was all in all very serviceable. Average restaurant with excellent waitstaff. Excellent location, considering it's Indy's East Side.
My only real complaint was the poor service from housekeeping, whom I tipped...

Whoever is running this hotel is doing something right. All the hotel associates were exceedingly friendly and helpful from the front desk to the bartender to the breakfast server. The room was large, clean and very quiet. Admittedly there is some wear showing in some areas, but they are constantly upgrading and repairing. My stay here was a very positive...

We slept well, the rooms were clean but this hotel's public areas are in need of serious renovations and the breakfast...please... Ironically the eggs were some of the best I've had at a continental breakfast, but tang instead of orange juice and no cream cheese but your offering bagels, come on now. The pool area was definitely not cleaned on...
