We have stayed at this hotel before, as it is very close to all of our visiting family. The room was very comfortable, the king size bed was great. They charged a flat fee of $25 for our cats and respected the do-not-disturb sign. We lost our key cards twice and they replaced them quickly. Exterior noise was very low... More

Comfort Inn East is located conveniently where I-70 and I-465 meet, just eight miles from downtown Indy. Shadeland Avenue is a very commercial street, and while the setting isn't necessarily attractive, there are plenty of eats, gas stations and stores to choose from in a two-mile radius. Service was courteous and accommodating, when I asked for an upper-level floor. There... More

This hotel is in a good location, has clean rooms, and a comfortable bed. We were surprised that the double room also had a pull out couch. We were in town for a funeral and needed a hotel near family - there just was not enough room in the house for everyone. I would recommend this as a base hotel... More

This hotel is located North of the city. It is great for us as we live 2 hours north of Indianapolis. It is close to all the attractions of the city and puts us on the correct side of town when we are ready to head for home. There is a steak house and a Ruby Tuesdays within walking distance.... More

I barely stayed one night.I woke up around midnight and found evidence of bed bugs.I found at least four of those critters.I washed myself and checked for bed bugs on me.There was none found on my body or clothes.I left the room in minutes.I told the manager and he refunded my room charges. He was very understanding. That spoiled my whole Indy... If you are used to nicer hotels this is not the place to stay. Rooms smelled terrible, not much space, double beds are very small, and the atmosphere is unpleasant. The "pool" is grody, and a sad excuse for a swim area. I'm pretty sure you would get an STD after wading around in the whole 4 feet of water.... More

Now, don't get me wrong there is nothing "fancy" about this hotel but I found it to be better than most in the same category I've stayed at in other places. We stayed there for three nights in a double room with a roll away bed while attending a debate tournament at IUPUI. Room was clean and though not fancy... More

It's hard to wrong here. Have stayed here a half dozen times in last few years. Clean and attractive hotel, nice size rooms. King room has recliner which was great. Wireless Internet worked well. Breakfast was pretty standard plus scrambled eggs and sausage. At this time no microwave or fridge in room. Other than that nice hotel. Will stay here... More

I picked the Comfort Inn & Suites because of its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. When I arrived at the airport, I called to request a shuttle and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up to call back to request the shuttle again. It was a quick ride and the person that checked... More
