This hotel is outstanding. From the moment you enter, the bell staff and the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are magnificent, clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is well located in downtown Indianapolis and adjacent to the Capital Grill. I don't find many hotels of this caliber unfortunately, and this one is a winner.

Short trip from airport and right downtown. Lots of surrounding activities. Room was clean but, no remote for tv. Took a while to get. Scale in bathroom great idea but no battery. Nice work out area. Bed could have been better. For the cost I expected more. Most likely wouldn't stay again.

Although a little pricey, the extremely service orientated staff and immaculate and comfortable rooms made it worth it. The staff addressed me by name with every interaction and always gave #1 service.

The hotel and staff in general was excellent but on the first day of my stay personal items were taken out of my room - running clothes, cologne, ear buds, etc which was very upsetting. I loved The Conrad. Great room, great service. Wonderful overall visit. The Restaurant affiliated with the Hotel, Capitol Grille was wonderful. Great food. I loved it. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's great.

Perfect for a one night business trip, well located in the center of the city. Well furnished, if a bit "overstuffed" for my taste.
