The location of the hotel was good, for the north side of Indianapolis. The breakfast was ok, all though there wasn't any staff like you find in the nicer Hampton Inns. The king suite smelled stale. The carpet was stained and the kitchen area was not cleaned. The hotel needs to be updated.

We stopped at a welcome station and picked up a hotel coupon book from Indiana. We called and were told the room rate was 95.00. The coupon was for 71.00, but only for first come first serve. Appreciate the great accommodations for the Ivy Tech Adjunct Faculty weekend. The accommodations and Hampton experience exceeded expectations. I have stayed in many hotels on business and the experience at Hampton Inn Indianapolis -NE/Castleton was superb. I would certainly recommend this hotel, particularly for any one associated with Ivy Tech.

Was there this past weekend, no food in breakfast bar, very rude server. When the breakfast hours were over the workers had food to eat, but there was nothing for the paying guests. The breakfast bar was empty at 830 in the morning, only food left was a few bagels. All of the garbage cans were overflowing, Worse I have ever seen, even no waffle mix, it was not even that crowded. Waiting around finally came out with a few inlets and potatoes

Hotel was very clean. Bathrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel was conveniently located to downtown for our event we were attending. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. Would recommend.
