Hotel just underwent million plus renovation. It now has all that Courtyard has to offer!! Only negative was new TV's still seemed to only receive analog. Clean!!!! Property is maybe 2 blocks further away than the newer Marriott cluster BUT price is much better value!!!!!!!!!!!!

There absolutely no amenities. No Continental breakfast was offered. The mattress had yellow spots all over it and dead bug shells imbedded in the mattress. The spa/whirlpool was filthy. We recently stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tournament and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and new and the access to the convention center was excellent. They ding you for $27 per night for parking which is expensive, but the staff was very friendly and it was worth the prioce we paid for the room.
