Clean rooms, GREAT staff ever with the best shuttle driver I have ever experienced !!!! They took great care of us going to and from the Pink concert and local clubs. Thank you for staying with us for the PINK concert! Our staff has a great "game plan" for getting in and out of traffic downtown for concerts at the YUM! Center. Thank you for the review. Louisville in general is probably the number one reason that guests stay at our hotel. I think there is a better value on the Indiana side. Restaurants, hotels, parking, and taxes are generally a better value. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. We hope you will consider us in the future. More
