Do not even waste your time calling. This is THE worst motel I've ever stayed in, and I've been in my fair share of them. The room wasn't even cleaned when we arrived and we had been traveling for about six to seven hours. We travelled all the way from West Virginia to attend the Ironman GNCC in Crawfordsville, and...

Doing a quick Google search it looks like this place used to be a Days Inn, that would explain the large rooms, large bed. Not the usual compact '6.'
This place met my basic's, room clean, warm and quiet.
But there were a few little things that I noticed that should have been caught before anyone got in the room....

I booked this on line and usually read the reviews before booking a place. Shame on msue, . We were traveling with dogs and it was listed as a place that took dogs so I felt I couldn't be picky. After 13 hours of driving, we settled for the room. The smell of cigarette smoke, feet and a@# hit us...

I stayed here while on a road trip, and decided to stop instead of making my way all the way to Chicago. I wish I hadn't.
The faint odor of smoke in my supposedly non-smoking room was mostly masked by the smell of the mold growing on the ceiling above the bed. The pillowcases and sheets were dirty and probably...

Either the nonsmoking rooms double as smoking rooms or the walls are too thin to contain the smoke smell. Sheets and blankets were paper thin. Then again, it was only forty bucks/night.
The Gm seemed like a good enough guy but i dont think he had much to work with.

Stayed here because we scheduled our vacation to see my sister & didn't realize it was a race weekend and this was the only place left. The room was stinky, the bedding was scary & the bathroom was frightening. Wore socks to walk around the room & they were filthy after just a few minutes. I would never stay here...

According to Orbits, this was a 3 star, but I have no idea why. The hotel's outside appearance looks delapidated, and there was roofing material hanging down from the roof over the side of the building. Secondly, security apparently is a problem a this hotel in that all rooms are not contained, but exposed to the outdoors. According to others...
