Either the nonsmoking rooms double as smoking rooms or the walls are too thin to contain the smoke smell. Sheets and blankets were paper thin. Then again, it was only forty bucks/night. The Gm seemed like a good enough guy but i dont think he had much to work with. More

According to Orbits, this was a 3 star, but I have no idea why. The hotel's outside appearance looks delapidated, and there was roofing material hanging down from the roof over the side of the building.
