I travel to Chicago 8-10 times each year. I stay at Red Roof each time and have always found them to be accommodating to my needs and Kim at the desk always goes way out of her way to make certain everything is more than satisfactory. More

This place had a large, clean, and well layed-out room, and is fairly close to Indiana Dunes State Park, which were were visiting. The beds were also quite comfortable, and the neighborhood reasonably quiet. Like all Red Roofs, it is pet friendly at no extra charge. More

We stayed here for an overnight on the way to Chicago from Detroit. The carpeting in the felt slimy, there were cigarette burns in the bedspread, and multiple patched holes in the wall (the wall must have been punched in many times!). Hard to find hotels that accept pets free. Red roof inn has always been our choice for hotels because of that. Most hotels expect a non-refundable deposit.
