Traveling with another couple, we had a most enjoyable and relaxing visit to New Harmony. The inn is charming and simply, but beautifully appointed. We had the bonus of a "special" which included a golf cart and it was such fun to drive it around the little town and environs. This is a lovely place to visit! More

The environment is nice there w/ its artsy delights. However, there's no night life and the small town seems to shut down after 8pm. Our weekend stay was great! The check-in was easy, we stayed in a ground floor room with a patio and lake view. The fireplace was a nice touch! Spend the extra money if you can! We came for a fall getaway with kids and had a blast. We rented a golf cart for 4 hours ($40 for 4 or $15 a hour). We just enjoyed riding around the beautiful town and trails behind hotel.
