the heating/cooling unit rattled all night, when the desk was made aware of the unit they had no way to fix it during the night, nor did they have another room for us to move to, so i was hoping to get a reduction in the rate, that didnt happen either.

Nice clean hotel. They are in middle of remodel so lobby is a mess - no place for teens in our group to hang out. Despite that, good service and very clean. No entertainment around the area that we could find.

Sopped here on our way from MI to Nashville. Easy access. Very helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool/hot tub. Lobby was undergoing renovation and breakfast was held in Conference Room. Decor and furnishings were fine.

Most likely will be nice when they get finished. But for now it is dated, and dusty. The tub didn't drain and the water wasn't really warm - kind of tepid. If you have allergies stay away until the construction is finished!

Easy access from interstate. At check in the lady seemed very rushed and unitrested. Not very welcoming. The outside of building was very nice, but the interior was very dated and furniture needed updating.
