The hotel was conveniently located to the Iowa University. No exercise facility. Breakfast was the usual; cereal, waffles, fruit, pastry, bagels. Clean. We were there 4 nights for a sporting event so really didn't spend much time in the room. It was inexpensive and were satisfied with it. More

Pass by this one. I don't know if Fairfield purchased an old property or built this one, but it's not good. One can hear conversations in more than just the rooms beside you. I stay in many hotels in the Marriot chain. This one was average. I was looking for an inexpensive room for one night during a shopping trip to the Williamsburg/Iowa City/ Coralville area. This hotel was $10 less than the Marriot across the road. I should have paid the extra $10. For the price, I probably won't stay here again. More
