This hotel was extremely clean and nicely maintained. Our only complaint is that there are smoking and non smoking rooms mixed in together. Our room didn't smell, but the hall stunk of cigarette smoke.

I recently stayed 3 nights in a room with 2 beds. The room was spacious enough for my brother and I. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. Hotel was clean. Room are nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to busy road and railroad so there is some noise but I don't think that is avoidable in Le Mars.

I had guests in a room above me that were running around and very loud. Otherwise I had a good stay. The staff at the front were not avialable right away however, were helpful when I was able to get their attention.
