This hotel was slightly cheaper than others I looked at in Waterloo ($10-$20) but wasn't worth the discount. It is in need of updates - seemed dowdy and dingy. Staff was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast the next morning was adequate. More

My family was in a room right next to the pool. We heard people partying there all night. The next day when we went to swim the pool was closed because it apparently got trashed. We had very disappointed children. Management unapologetic and would not give us any sort of refund even though we could not use the main amenity.... More
