I took my two sons and three of their friends to Great Wolf Lodge. Two of the boys are 10 years old and the other three are 15. They all enjoyed the waterpark and the many water slides. The wait times were minimal though we did stay on a Sunday night. There is an adults only hot tub which is... More

Stayed two nights, brought 5 boys aged 11 - 17. This place was great for all of us. Very impressed with the lobby. Kids played in water park, adults got pampered in spa. Although adults did partake in the water fun a bit... It does cater to the younger kids, though, with the interactive mystery game stations sprinkled throughout the... More

Took 20 minutes to check in, 1 family ahead of us with 3 employees present. Rooms poorly lit, especially the bathroom. Hallways and rooms need a deep cleaning and updating. Avoid the restaurants. Staff is poorly trained, service is very slow and food is low quality and not good. Water park is big fun with attentive life guards. Kids (ages... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Check in took about 20 minutes as I was fourth in line with 1 worker present. This was at about 6:30 which I would think would be when most people check in. Room: Overall appeared ok. Like the cabin look. The floors need to be deep cleaned as the carpet is dirty. Remote didn't work... More

Took Grandkids, aged 10 & 17. Great place for the 10 year old. She loved the water park and Magiquest. Not much to keep the 17 year old entertained, but still had a nice time. Food is expensive, but that is to be expected. Room was OK, but could use updating, as the wallpaper was coming off the wall in... More

I knew how expensive it was when I booked the room but everything else was very expensive. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre at best and expensive. There was one of the patrons who decided that he would turn his kids loose in the waterpark and go to the parking lot to party. He... More

The rooms were nice we had the one with bunkbeds and a twin for the kids kind of like a fort with their own tv. The queen bed was nice but the sofa sleeper was awful . The indoor swim park was good 3 nice big slides and lots to do for the kids. Everything seemed like it had a... More

Let me start by saying we used to live in VA and visiting Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg was always one of our favorite family vacations. This Kansas City location has some issues. The water park is very limited compared to the Williamsburg property. We had many problems with our room 1)the shower handle came off in our hand when... More

We took a family trip April 2011 to GWL in Kansas City. We enjoyed our trip for the most part, and found the hotel packed with activities. We had a VERY noisy family above us, and had to complain every night we were there to get them to stop jumping on the beds after 11pm. The waterslides were fun, but... More
