Overall I was happy with this hotel. It certainly makes an impression when you walk into the large, open lobby/atrium. Think modern version of a holidome (which I am guessing it was before renovated). The room was updated, comfortable and clean, but a little less impressive than the lobby. My stay at the Crowne Plaza was very nice and comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy, the breakfast was good and fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure. The sleep number bed was also very nice.

We were treated so very well by so many staff @ this hotel. We were there nearly 4 days. If something WASN'T right, they made it right! Very clean and nice hotel!! The staff was very helpfull there for a combo of business/pleasure... wifi was rediculous.. and our room cards had to be reset every single day. Breakfast was excellent - not enough parking with all the snow we received..

This place was so much nicer than others we have stayed at in the Overland Park area for the same price range! Really clean and comfortable, and quiet! It even has a central AC/Heat system instead of those noisy under the window units you find so often.
