I have stayed here several times over the past several years, convenient location. Property is getting a bit dated. Complained in the morning about a consistent rattle all night from the air unit, staff apologetic but offered nothing for the evening of no sleep. Will find another property next time I visit Overland Park. More

The staff here is great! The property is a bit dated but I think it's fine for what it is. They also allow you to include housekeeping tip into your bill if you ask ahead of time. I stayed here for several days when flew in for our corporate annual meetings in Sep, 2009. It's a lovely hotel located at a nice and peaceful area with super greeny surroundings. Everything is quite marriott courtyard standard. No surprise and no disappointment either. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again next time visit Kanasas City for work. More
