“Hampton Inn - Can't trust the staff”

Wow... 2 days after my stay I called to say I had left my very expensive prescription glasses and was told they were there along with my Kruegar card. This hotel now goes by the name of Mountain Inn & Suites. I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends who also had a room for a full week in September. Stayed for 3 nights in whirlpool suite. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was clean and relaxing. Quiet environment, great sleep, comfortable bed. Enjoyed our time there.

This hotel has the same owner (but has a different manager) as it did when it held the HIE franchise, and charged me for a room that I had already paid for in points. I showed the manager the bad bill at check out. The owner and the manager failed to respond at least 3 emails from the franchising hotel... More

I stayed at this Hotel for the past 3 weeks and it is the nicest place in Hazard the hotel opened in May of 2007
