An excellent stay with friendly staff. Beth the Manager and the desk staff were both cheerful and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Overall the location was 15 minutes to the airport and it was conveinent to shopping, dinning and a fun bar for evening refreshments.

This hotel had great service and very welcoming gifts and events for the derby and was not too far from the derby. the beds were very comfortable too - there was a hat and purse sale in the lobby the first day which was great!

We stay here several times a year. Nice place to stay but ask for a room that is not on the "expressway side". The front desk staff can be hit or miss--sometimes they are great and sometimes not. Hotel is always sparkling clean. Rooms are good but I prefer anything not on the first floor.

WE have stayed at this hotel 4-5 times. Everytime we come to Louisville we stay at this hotel. It is clean, friendly, and very comfortable. Whenever we travel we always look for a Hilton Garden inn as our 1st choice. We are a hilton honors member too.

I was in town for a marathon and honestly bought on price. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was very discreet with my room number when she saw a gentleman approach the desk. The room was clean. The very minor issue I encountered was dealt with speed and the utmost professionalism. I'll definitely stay again when passing through.

I stay at this hotel quite often and am ALWAYS satisified. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. Great location - close to restaurants, shopping and anything else you may need. From management to maintainance - A great hotel!!!

My stay at Hilton Gardens was memorable for all the right reasons. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the sleep was sublime. Thank you for all that was done to make my stay great.
