The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. My suite was perfect. I ordered a club sandwhich late from the bar and it was excellent and prepared fresh to order. It could have easily fed two people. I didn't have a chance to try the fitness center or resaurant. I highly recommend this place.

I want to thank the staff including Trent, Emani, Marion, Amy,Geno,Tree, and Rob for a wonderful time while I visited Louisville. They made my stay and enjoyable one. The food was great and they service was excellent.

We've stayed at this particular Embassy Suites hotel several years for the Kentucky Derby weekend. I'm not one who normally rates Excellent across the board, but our stays have been nothing but Excellent year after year. The chef who prepares our complimentary breakfast remembers us and greets us every year. You can't beat that kind of service!

This is a typical Embassy Suites hotel, with a beautiful lobby. All hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are several restaurants nearby and it is close to many offices.

The hotel has a great cook to order breakfast and the front desk customer service was extremely helpful in getting transportation covered around Louisville and answering our questions. I have stayed at a number if Embassy Suites around the US and this is one of the best.
