“Our room had bed bugs and needed a full refund”

We got a room for 2 nights the first morning kids found bed bugs!!! Called the manager she said she would give a refund for the room and she refunded the 2nd day and gave 10.00 off for our night with bugs:( we had to wash all our clothes and personal pillows. I visited on 4/20. I stayed in a room with a King size bed. First, the light switch didn't work when I walked in (after midnight in the dark) and neither did one lamp (and the other was cracked) and then when I pulled down the sheets I noticed what looked like a large tan stain on the top edge....
