The staff was friendly, the room was pretty clean. The beds were GREAT! Those were some of the most comfortable beds I have seen in a hotel before. Sometimes after a hotel stay you can get up kind of stuff, not here. It was a great change. I would not have second thoughts about staying there again.

I stayed here for a week this January (2013). The rooms are of a reasonable size with the usual comforts, i did find the heating unit a little noisy. Breakfast was a little boring and offered little variety. I would use this place again on my next trip due to the value and very accomodating staff.

The entire hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again. I have stayed in most of the hotels in the area and the Brookshire is by far the best.

Stayed there during a personal trip to Prestonsburg. The staff was incredible and the hotel was spotless. I highly reccommend this hotel when visiting the area.
