Suites are "vanilla" but well maintained. Location is excellent...walking distance to shops, restaurants, and direct access to I-10. Once I got to Baton Rouge (I was driving) Front Desk was not well equipped to assist me with drive directions. I had stayed here before and decided to return even though I thought my internet rate was a little high. When I went to check in, the front desk person - without my saying anything - said "this rate seems awfully high, let me see if I can do better for you." And then my rate went down by $20!!... More

This hotel has nice beds, the internet works well, the breakfast is pretty good and the staff is friendly. I stayed for five days in January and it went off without a hitch. There's a good steakhouse across the street, a Wal Mart further down - and it is convenient to where I have to go. More
