I felt safe, the staff was fantastic, they were in the process of upgrading rooms regularly and as a club level traveler with Marriott, I appreciated the great team, good club level rooms and feeling of welcome every time I arrived. My concierge Erica was a delight every time I would visit and made sure every need was attended. They... More

I agree with previous reviews on the quality of the service at this hotel. I normally dont care about hotel service unless it's insultingly bad. Here, they were exceptional - the front desk folks were friendly and effecient on check-in and check-out, and the bartender in the lobby bar was entertaining and attentive. Regarding the hotel itself, yes some of... More

This hotel is extremely noisy. It Is right next to the interstate and you hear every car passing. Walls and doors are thin so you hear your neighbors and everyone in the halls. Would not recommend if you want a good night sleep. Very nice staff. More

I stayed at Marriot Baton Rouge (Corportae Blvd) with 6 colleagues on a recent business trip April 22-27, 2012. I was met with a very warm and sincere welcome from the front desk clerk, and really felt welcomed to be here. The physical hotel itself was nice, but its you typical Marriot hotel. The hotel has an outdoor pool, 24... More

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel, so I feel bad saying bad things about the hotel, but I could not sleep at all at this hotel. My room, which was very nice looking and had a comfortable bed and good desk, was extremely loud and extremely bright all night: 1. The interstate right outside... More

This is an older hotel with elevator cabins not in pristine condition nor is the room furniture. Even the hallways to the rooms are dated and uninteresting. Convenient to the freeway. More

This hotel is in need of an update. Mildew on the shower ceiling. Wall paper peeling on the walls. Squeaking elevators. Staff tries to make the best of what they have. Courtyard up the highway is a better deal. More

I expect Marriott properties to be maintained in good condition with updated amenities and good customer service. This property did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodated my request to leave early without a penalty fee. However, the furnishings in the room needed updating, the hallway noise was loud, and the bed was not comfortable. I paid... More

If you need a nice and quiet hotel, you may want to try another hotel. Water pipes make an extremely irritating noise. The staff is aware of this. More
