The room was clean. We had a scheduled airport pick-up but it filled up and left us waiting another 30 minutes in cold rainy weather. No help to room when we arrive. The pool and jacuzzi was under construction. No shuttle to airport prior to 5am on check out. They were nice but I will never stay here again. More
