Holiday Inn Express has gone to low key signage and set-back properties. This one is behind the Chili's restaurant if you are struggling to locate it. The 6-foot-tall marquee was not very helpful. In all other respects, this was a good quality Holiday Inn Express.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The complimentary breakfast is great, especially the cinnamon rolls. The location is great with the Mall just done the street. I love staying here when in the area.

This property appears to need better management. The room smelled bad. Noisy housekeepers argued outside of the room before 9 am on a Sunday morning. The housekeeping staff then helped themselves to the free breakfast causing guests to have to wait for food replenishment. We spent 4 days and the staff were very friendly, accommodating, comfortable beds, and the room was clean. The morning breakfast was very very good! Lots of variety including sausage, biscuits and gravy as one of the options. We would return no problem!

The location at Ambassador Caffrey and Pinhook is convienient to events. The rest of it is to Holiday Inn standards. The single point entrance and exit can make access a challenge in heavy traffic. Is seems a shme to have free breakfast when T-Coon's is right across the street.

This is a very nice facility, which is located immediately adjacent to two office buildings. It is also a very short walk past one of the office buildings to Charlie G’s, one of the top restaurants in Lafayette. This hotel is really nothing great. Average rooms. Bed too soft. Bathroom reminded me of a hospital bathroom. Not very warm. Hotel is quiet and clean. Have stayed at better HIE hotels. But convenient to Youngsville, LA. It's kind of pricey for what you get.

This hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is the smell of cigarette smoke in the third floor hallway ... some of the rooms are smoking ... otherwise, this is a good choice to stay if you are in the area.

Love this hotel! My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend and had no complaints at all. This hotel is in a great location for shopping and good food.
