I had an incident here of my Iphone getting stolen. However, I applaud the Manager, Mr. Josh Sanders. He was very, very helpful. Thankfully I got my phone back! :) Unfortunately the hotel didn't have 'free' breakfast so that was complaint of mine but I do appreciate the kindness of the staff.

This unusual structure has most rooms accessed from a large central atrium, meaning that the noise of events in the atrium come straight to your room. Our sole window faced the atrium, so there was no view. We had to lug our cases up a three-quarter staircase because there was no elevator.

Great job for all of us that were there for Fesitival Internationale! I hope we'll be back soon.The front desk folks were super responsive and fun! Shuttles were on time and the drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. Hope to get back there for Festival next year!
