This was a true vacation for me as I got to relax, had a little pampering with excellent amenities and enjoyed the beautiful town of Camden and the excellent food there. It's my second time there and I'm going to keep going back. There are a lot of fun things to do within walking distance. If you are looking for... More

We stopped here for 2 nights after being tipped off by a friend in the US that there was an offer on via Living Social which tied in nicely as part of a 2 week holiday around Maine / New England. The rooms were fantastic and although the Lodge is slightly out of town it's only a short drive and... More

We bought this deal on Living Social and was pleasantly surprized. We needed a get away in the mist of planning a wedding to de stress..It was such a cute suite. Fireplace, hot tub, robes, wine, and organic chocolates. We had our own kitchen and patio. It felt like a mini house! It was close to town which was so... More

I had purchased a two night stay at the Lodge At Camden Hills for my husband for Christmas. From the moment we arrived the owner, Kelly, could not have been more warm and welcoming. She provided us with a map of the area and tips for restaurants and sightseeing. We stayed in the Port Clyde cottage which was very comfortable... More

We stayed for two nights in a non fireplace room. The views from the deck were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Decor is cozy. Our host suggested restaurants and places to ride the motorcycles. We would go back again.

The place was very clean, nice view of the ocean, but...this is really a motel. For anyone who wants to stay in a traditional lodge or inn, this is not the place. You have a room, that's it. There is no central room to play games or meet fellow travelers. Also, you cannot walk into the village of Camden, as... More

Thanks so much for your feedback. I'd like to make it very clear, however, that we are NOT a motel. We have a few basic standard rooms (like the one you had) for the budgeted traveler but mostly we consist of fireplace suites, large bi-level suites and luxury Jacuzzi cottages. And there most certainly is a sidewalk the entire way... More

We were given this trip as a gift through living social. We spent 3 days here and stayed at Kennebuc. The room was spacious and had two comfortable chairs in the room with an ottoman and a deck that was accessible through French doors in the back. The bed was a king size and very comfortable. The rooms were very... More

The individual cottages provide a welcoming respite in a lovely spot and enjoyable atmosphere. Kelly has created a true niche people need in their crazy, busy lives. Our experience was excellent -- from the unforgettable doggy welcome to the ready-to-go fire and the complimentary bottle of wine awaiting us in our cottage. The Lodge at Camden Hills is a great... We had an absolutely incredible weekend at The Lodge, with special thanks to Kelly for giving us so many great recommendations, for being so friendly and positive, and for allowing us to play with her dogs Oslo and Phil, who live at The Lodge. We used a ilving social deal and stayed in an adorable cottage that was completely private... More
