We just spent a wonderful weekend at Alewives and Ales B&B. Mimi and Ray are great hosts. Mimi prepared delicious breakfasts for us. The setting is very relaxing with beautiful decor and the bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in.

Alewives & Ales did not disappoint! We traveled with another couple and so had two rooms; both were very pleasant, clean, and had comfortable beds and baths. The house is welcoming, as are the hosts. This graciously restored historic home is pristine, comfortable and welcoming. Excellent breakfasts and accommodations. Very clean and comfortable as well as tastefully decorated .The innkeeper was attentive without being in the way. We relaxed in the evening in the cozy sitting room by the gas fireplace. I'd highly recommend this B & B. We have been there twice and plan to return next year.

As a B & B goes this was nice. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess very hospitable. The room was nice but very basic. No tv in the bedroom .
