The King's Port Inn Hotel is located in the heart of Kennebunkport, Maine just steps from Dock Square. Spacious rooms with fireplaces and 2 person jacuzzi tubs. The best place to stay in Kennebunkport, ME.
This hotel succeeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating, helping us with luggage, great recommendations for meals, immediately fixed the tv, etc. The room was very clean, roomy with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Most of all the location is great as well as a very good value.

The King's Port Inn is our favorite hotel when visiting Kennebunkport, Me. It is Family owned; a great location to wander the Kennebunkport shops and restaurants; a welcoming Staff; not pretentious; reasonably priced. It is evident that the Family invests back into the property and the rooms. My Wife asked that I include that the shower was the best she has experienced over a lifetime of travel in the US, Asia, South America and Europe. Obviously Kennebunkport is a resort destination. Over the last five years, we have found that the Hotel and Inn prices seem to have doubled making many of them seem overpriced for the value received. When traveling and touring this area, we suggest making the King's Port Inn your valued hotel destination! It will always be our first choice on our annual trips to Kennebunkport! …

I knew I would like this place during check in. We had flight problems that caused us to arrive at 11pm instead of 11am. Even checking in at that late hour, the man (I wish I had gotten his name) took the time to give us some tips about the town, talk about the history and share a couple nice stories about the Bush family. Many restaurants and shops are walkable from this location so no need to fight parking in peak tourist season. Hotel was just a couple of blocks away from the harbor where we caught our whale watching tour. Our room was clean, good bed and had a really nice shower "room" and jetted tub. Well insulated from street noise. Furnishings were somewhat dated and our first floor unit was a little dark because we kept the drapes pulled for privacy otherwise I would have given a 5 rating. It was nice to be able to park in front of the unit. Hotel fee included parking. Complimentary breakfast - Belgium waffles individually cooked by the breakfast staff; the Maine blueberry compote for topping was out of this world. Yum.…

Loved it here. Rooms are in an excellent location and spacious, nice & clean. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Didn't have time for breakfast but it looked fantastic. Plenty of parking, which seems at a premium in KB. All around good experience. Would stay here again.

We once again chose this hotel for our evening’s lodging because of its relatively high quality/price ratio and convenient location. This is not a chain, but a family-owned and operated hotel. This year we chose a second floor premium king which suited our needs perfectly. The staff continues to be both accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast has not changed since our last visit so we once to enjoy the offered coffee, juice and yogurt with fruit while purchasing breakfast pastries to go from the bakery located directly across the street.

We loved the location of the Inn: right in the center of town. King room was large; jacuzzi was fantastic! Very clean and reasonably priced. Delicious Belgian waffles included in breakfast. Great suggestions for where to eat, play and shop.

Very nice location and rooms were kept clean. My wife had spine surgery a couple months ago and reliant on a rollator for long walks and hills. There were problems with the reservations and were not able to get a ground floor. There is no elevator so wife had some difficulty using the stairs. They did allow my wife to keep the rollator behind the desk so we didn't have to carry it up/down the stairs. No coffee makers in the room and the the lobby did not not open until 7 so we had to go across the street to get our coffee. Breakfast was basically the same as other chain hotels. All the staff was very friendly and would definitely return.

This was the first stop of our trip through New England and it was a great first night! Old style quaint motor inn but rooms were very clean and spacious. Front desk clerk - wish I could remember his name - was very personable and delightful to talk to. Breakfast was unbelievable! Belgian waffles made fresh by a cook! Great selections. Morning desk clerk was also wonderful. She suggested Parson’s Way to walk toward the Bush compound. You could tell both of these people took great pride in their hotel and the town. Great way to start off our trip!

What a lovely stay, a comfortable and friendly inn with history. Check in was special with a very helpful guide to the town and recommendations for sightseeing and dinner. Our room was delightful, with a good king size bed, very quiet yet close to the road. The bathroom was sublime, a jet bath and two rain shower heads, one each side. Continental breakfast was served in the restaurant and had a good selection of cereals, breads and quality teas and coffee. A lovely check out and farewell rounded off a faultless stay.

I came here on Friday and spent two nights. It was amazing. The room I had was an efficiency. It had everything. The lady I encountered at the front desk, was Miya. If I spelled her name wrong I am sorry. She had just started employment and didn't know the answer to my question. Instead of faking it she asked someone. This is the type of person that should be applauded. Thank you. I will be back. Miya your awesome. Great job! You will be in management soon
