My husband and I have just returned from a week's stay at The Abalonia. I couldn't recommend it highly enough! The first thing that strikes you is the incredibly warm welcome you receive from the fabulous innkeeper Jimmy! The hotel itself is impeccable. Its extremely clean and well maintained (with lots of love and care). The room was very large... More

Definitely recommend this wonderful Inn, especially Room 10. Spacious, clean, walk to restaurants, water and terrific shopping. Jimmy, the manager, is especially accommodating and hospitable. Chocolate muffins delicious, fire pit, and pool.

My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway. We did not have a car to drive around (caught a ride with someone else coming up from the city), so the location of Abalonia was perfect. You are a gorgeous and short walk to the beach, restaurants, all of downtown Ogunquit. The walk to Marginal Way is a bit... More

My wife and I had a very romantic and fun stay in Ogunquit, especially because of the Abalonia. Very comfortable atmosphere, friendly inn keeper and guests, very enjoyable swimming pool. The walk to the beach is so easy and scenic. We spent a lot of time at The Front Porch singing show tunes, and Maine Street for pool, drag, and... More

Booked a lovely first floor room in the back with private deck. When we arrived to check in our room we were brought out back and guided to the 3rd floor. Manager stated that since I did not state "DO NOT MOVE ME" I was BUMPED to the 3rd floor room and proceeded to tell us it was a better... More

we stayed only one night in Ogunquit. it was kind of off season by then (mid October), which was a bit of a shame, but it meant the accommodation prices were cheap, though some restaurants etc had already closed for the season and the Abalonia was in its last 2 weeks of opening. the Abalonia was good value, clean and... The Abalonia Inn is in a great location to explore Ogunquit, with plenty of good restaurants and shops to enjoy. We ate dinner in the Village Inn which was perfect and served great lobster. The rooms are nicely done with a modern and stylish feel and the exposed beams in the ceiling add real character. The fridges in the rooms... More

We had a great 3 night stay at the Abalonia Inn. The location was a short walk to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for the season, but we enjoyed hanging out at the firepit. There are so many hotels to chose from, but we were very happy with our choice... More
