Clean, spacious, and convenient. The heated indoor pool was a hit with the kids as the weather outside was cool. Very close to town and great restaurants. Angelina’s, right next door, may be the best Italian place in Ogunquit for those seafood breaks. We didn’t have the noise issues others have spoken of, but then again I never noticed anyone... More

We recently spent a week a The Falls and enjoyed it immensely. This is a quiet, well maintained, immaculate establishment that has friendly front office service (Allison) and great housekeeping service (Chrissy). The spa tub and fireplace add a bit of ambiance to your stay as I pampered myself and the unit was comfortably and tastefully decorated. Very lovely. This... More

Another reviewer mentioned the walls being paper thin. I'm laying in bed right now listening to the neighbor's music & their kids getting ready. In the living room last night while watching a movie, we could hear the people on the other side talking. And I had to check the windows as it sounded like they were open but they're... More

The Inn is efficient and well located, though several blocks back from the water. It is quite clean. Staff is helpful. Our biggest problem was noise! The walls and floors are extremely thin and we were bothered by the sounds of multiple televisions and conversations from units on either side of us as well as those beneath us. Perhaps families... We are at this resort as I write this review. We checked in last night, found everything we needed in our small one bedroom unit. The hotplate and lobster pot. Lobsters are available just across the street at a reasonable price. The electric fireplace looks amazingly real and sets a nice atmosphere. The two person hot tub in the bedroom... More

We stayed here at the last minute while traveling through Ogunquit. We had a wonderful experience. We were given a room on the first floor. It was modern and nicely decorated. There was a fireplace in the living room, and a jacuzzi in the bedroom which we greatly enjoyed after a long day of sight seeing. The suite was exceptionally... More

This was a Time Share exchange in this upscale Maine Town. We liked everything except the mattresses, both on the queen bed and the pullout sofa. We know that sofa mattresses are always an issue, but this was the worst we have ever experienced. A second mattress offered by management helped somewhat. If you plan to sleep 4 adults (as... More

Dear Hene57, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed Ogunquit, as it is certainly a quaint little village. I apologize that the mattresses were unsatisfactory for you, and we are in the process of replacing them. Currently, we have replaced 35 Queen Mattresses, and have replaced 39 living... More

We stayed here a week with an RCI exchange. Room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have never had a resort with such a super room service, clean towels every night and everything neatened up -- Karen was great. Especially memorable was Jeff who leads the walking tours of nearby nature preserves. He know a... More

InnSeason Resort is one of the nicest resorts to stay at in the Ogunquit area. Although it's not beachfront, it is only one mile from the beach, and just seconds from downtown Ogunquit. And since many beachfront properties are older and musty-ish, InnSeason has a fresh, New England feel with many amenities. The resort has one and two bedroom units... More
