Past winter me and other friends stayed here on our way to Cape Breton National Park on Nova Scotia, this place was perfect, just near the highway, price was good, the two room we booked were nice and clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Lovley’s Motel on January 5 and we had a great stay. This little motel is so cozy and cute and has quite a few amenities. We had a single non-smoking room and it had a refrigerator, microwave, and free wifi! The beds were comfy and the room was clean, including the shower…I’m always a... More

Did one night here and wasn't too impressed by the room at all. We had a room round the back of the motel. There was a spider under the pillow, old bits of food behind the lamp stand and a bathroom straight out of 1958. Front desk staff was friendly and price was ok but wouldn't stay here again.

We booked this motel for one night, only because we HAD to be in the area early the next morning and couldn't find anything else. This motel is seriously overpriced and dated. The man at the desk was un-communicative and not at all helpful. The room was minimal, sheets worn and thin, flat pillows, no blankets, grubby bedspread with cigarette... More

It was late and raining and we were looking for a cheap motel room which was clean, apparently safe, and which did not have any evidence of bedbug activity. The room offered to us at Lovley's met those basic requirements. The motel is a large one and some of the other guests looked a bit sketchy. The room which they... More

We stayed there one night on a recent motorcycle trip because the rain was so bad we could not go on. the opposite side to the office is better but the units on the office side are probably the "Quickie in and out" rooms. Would not want to use the toilets... never mind the showers. On our way through a... More
