Cozy character house b n b with delicious homemade breakfast, just 2 blocks from downtown - with opportunity for meeting fellow travelers in welcoming common areas but conducive to privacy. We were fans of the overall decor, tea options, bathrobes, slippers, and radios.

Stayed one night driving through to NYC. The house is very clean with comfortable beds. We had the room at the front if the house because it has a king size bed. We were in Portland for a very short visit to see family and friends, so looked for a place within walking distance of Congress and Free Street areas. I'm so glad we found Wild Iris Inn! Diane was friendly and professional. Our room (3rd floor) was large and nicely appointed. Will definitely recommend to others!
