My husband and I had a great stay at the waterman house! It was perfect from start to finish, the room was so comfortable with the roomy shared bath right down the hall, short walk to downtown rockland for the blues festival. We enjoyed our stay at Waterman House with our young kids. The house is well-appointed and lovely. Great places to curl up in with a book. Short walk to Main Street cafes and the owners were knowledgeable about area sights to see with our children. I recommend this place to folks looking for an informal, clean, friendly and comfortable place... More

The B & B is close to the action, in the middle of a great water town, lobsters, light houses, rock walls and galleries. The gardens were lovely and I actually had some tomatoes from them. Breakfast is served overlooking this garden. The owners know the area well and were very helpful directing me to interesting sites. My friends recommended... More

The price - $100/night - was right so we took a chance. Big mistake. When we arrived, we were greeted be a real estate agent showing our room to a lovely family of 5.
