This old-fashioned motel would have been fine, but the bed was unbearably hard. I'll never stay there again. Also - no coffee maker, so we had to get coffee the night before and heat it up in the microwave the next morning. More

Thank you for noticing our new mattresses. We always choose firm mattresses because that is what the majority of our guests want. We have added coffee makers to all of our rooms along with free coffee. Once again we had a great room, very clean. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. For being located on US 1, it is very quiet. Mark, Debbie and Fern make us feel very welcome and are the best. More

Whenever in Wells, this hotel is so comfortable and clean, that it feels like home away from home. Staff is very pleasant, microwave and fridge in every room so convenient and just a short drive to the beach. More

If you want to save money by staying away of Atlantic Ave, USA Inn is a good choice. There is nothing special in this motel, but rooms are clean, service is really good and location is great. Thank you for your comments. When guests reserve a room they are made aware of the $15/pp charge for a 3rd and 4th person. These charges are normal in this area.
