Upon arrival staff quoted a different room rate then was advertised online. After much discussion he did bring the rate down a bit. I've stayed here before at a much lower rate and was disappointed not to get that same rate.

Our extended family booked several rooms at this hotel when we gathered for a sad family event. The reception staff was exceptional (Casey was particularly helpful). The rooms were pretty spacious and very clean; the bed comfortable, My only less-than-complimentary comment would be concerning the breakfast which wasn't as varied as other places I've stayed and they only had one...
