For the price we paid I expected more. Internet in the room was extra. The small fridge for the insulin we had was extra. Positives: Courteous & helpful staff; Large, comfortable room; Amenities quite nice; Convenient location (immediately above the DC Metro Bethesda stop) Negatives: Lobby breakfast is grossly over-priced and limited, but what annoyed me most was the failure to post any prices. The attendants were omni-missing and, when found, were unhelpful. As others have said, usury for Wi-Fi is unacceptable.

This is my third time at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and my room was comfortable. If I needed anything, I received it in a timely matter. Having access (a few blocks away) to a local grocery store was a bonus.
