Reliable good-quality breakfasts & suppers.
Valet parking only option ($20).
Convenient walking location -- numerous eateries (outdoor seating) & shops. (Pleasurable after dinner stroll.)

The free breakfast offers a lot of choices and the food is usually very good. Conference rooms are larger than any others in Bethesda, I believe. There is a fully-stocked kitchenette (minus food, of course). It's not just a microwave and fridge. It's very comfortable for extended business stays.
