I stayed in the motor inn. An older motel, but clean and quiet. I couldn't hear my neighbors at all. Perfect for a short stay in Grantsville. One thing that would be nice would be a coffee maker. My queen room did have a microwave, though. More

stayed here may 2012 and it was just okay. tv had lots of channels; could hear the main road noise but was tolerable. siren was very loud. the room was $70 total and i think that was way overpriced. i would stay there again if i had to only because it's pretty much the only place to stay. i would... My 1st time staying at this property, spent 2 nights in the Motel portion of the Inn... Room was comfortable. Small Box type TV - but numerous channels were provided. Room was very clean. Electronic Key Card provided for entry to rooms. Motel is located right near local ambulance & fire house, Siren is loud when they get a call... More

Stayed here one night April 2012 on our way to see Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater (40 minutes away by car). Rural area with not too many choices so this place is great. Also close to Ohiopyle recreation area, white water rafting, etc. Breakfast in their quaint and friendly restaurant the next morning was fantastic and reasonable too. Old style motel... More

Stopped here on a long road trip and were pleasantly surprised at the place and its bargain price--$58 for a nice, historic room with full breakfast for two included! Hotel has a gorgeous suite that was open for viewing and a few standard but very tidy and antique-fulled rooms. The Dining Room was a hoot the next day. It was... More

We were on our way on I-70 headed to Baltimore. Choice was to spend $100 at Comfort Inn or $53 at Casselman. Great decision. The Casselman Inn and Motor Inn has a unique history, especially the Inn, or main house. I enjoyed reading about its past and liked being a part of its present. There are two seperate buildings. We... More

On a recent motorcycle trip, our group chose to meet in Grantsville, MD due to it's central location for rides arriving from Michigan & New York. Access to great motorcycling roads is painless. Our destination for the day was Seneca Rocks Recreation Area. The Casselman Inn is an old school motel that was clean with no frills and the price... More

My fiance and I met some friends from Baltimore at the Casselman. It was a good in between place for us to meet. The rooms were very clean and had a nice charm to them. There is not a lot of amenities, so if you want a fancy place, this is not it. There was a TV and 2 cute... More

Simple, family run establishment. The room could use a little updating, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. There is a family style restaurant, which is reasonably priced and very filling. Also - the most important for me, there is free WiFi. The only problem (and it's minor) is that there was... More
