“Good stay”

One night in the Hilton BWI this weekend was a good stay. The room was a little dated but the bathroom was brand new. Front staff was excellent and the hotel bar was very nice with a good late night menu. I would recommend but only at a discounted price.

“A Terrific Place for a Gathering or for a Get Away”

I was planning a family reunion of sorts and chose the Hilton at BWI. The staff was great to work with. The banquet food was delicious (try the ice cream bar). “Not a bad hotel, but not the best”

The hotel room that we stayed in had mold on the ceiling and our bedroom smelled like complete smoke and not fresh at all. One of the front desk agents was not friendly at all, and seemed very very irritated to deal with anyone or anything.

“Ok stay for the price”

We stayed here for the "park and fly" feature that they offer guests. Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Its in a convenient location and close to restuarants. This Hilton is definitely not up to the normal standards. However if you want a cheap quiet place to stop without any amenities that is clean at a reasonable price then this hotel is just perfect. “Hilton Baltimore Airport”

If you want to stay at a Hilton chain holtel, the Hampton Inn is half a block away. Free WiFi and free breakfast there. $10 WiFi and no free breakfast at the Hilton. But at least you get to pay a lot more for the Hilton.

Helpful upon checking...Neal with great follow up on package retrieval. Became an honors member on the spot... no hassle. And friendly, prompt service in restaurant from Melanie Jones. Adequate menu choices. Spacious.
