Stayed there for 4 nights on my last trip to Washington DC. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station. Complementary shuttle bus was a great solution. Room was spacious and clean, located on 8th floor. Complementary breakfast. This is not a fancy hotel but if you are looking for a place to stay just for a few... More

This will be the last time I will ever stay at this hotel the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely RUDE. I had a few problems in my room and everytime I seemed to call the operator nobody cared, I was put on hold a series amount of times and on top of all this headache I was given attitude. A... More

Decent & clean but not in the best location for our trip. Walls are paper thin so if you have loud neighbors, you'll hear everything. Beds are ok, plenty of room for improvement on the pillows! Courteous & friendly staff with the exception of one clerk finishing up the night shift! ;) More

just not the best place to stay. they give false info, smells bad, worst area to live in, you have to go thru an act of congress to get receipts. Then they try to keep you from posting on the internet More

We arrived at this nice and pleasant hotel. The front desk clerks were very professional and courteous. After we settled in I took a tour of the hotel. As I returned to my room, I noticed a scent like a candle was burning. I went into my room. About 45 minutes later, I noticed the smell got stronger. I called... More

Although the lobbyists and pols may be able to pay the outrageous prices demanded for a room in downtown Washington, for the rest of us, who have to pay our own way, the Metro Points Hotel is a good option! This is the second time I've stayed here in one year, and I'll gladly return again. To begin with, it... More

I've stayed at the Metro Points hotel on two separate occasions, ,both in July of last year and February of this year. I got a Hotels.com deal for the hotel both times. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the lobby is nice, the front desk attendants have always been pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were... More

In mid-April we stayed for 3 nights. We found the staff very friendly, the shuttle to the Metro a BIG plus, and the room very comfortable and clean. The drawback??? Our last night at the hotel, around 12:30 a.m. we heard sirens very close. When we got up to investigate, we learned from looking out our 8th floor window, that... More

It's an old Sheraton hotel. So it was nice =) The rooms are old but ok. Breakfast it's a pitty : quality is low and choice either.... but included in the price room. A free shuttle bus brings you to the metro station every 1/2 hour, on demand. They are coming to pick you up at night until 10pm but... More
