Had concerns as soon as we pulled up. Property is in poor condition, house is disappointing. Nothing quaint about this place. Checked in and was shown to our room which overlooked a pile of garbage in the yard, but the last straw was the ants crawling on the bathtub. To their credit they gave us an immediate full credit.

We have stayed at the George Brooks at least once or twice a year every year since we discovered it in 2004. Our most recent visit was over the Christmas holidays. As always, we had a great time in Saint Michaels and are looking forward to visitng again this summer.
