My wife and I stayed here for two nights and were very satisfied. It is cozy, but nicely appointed and actually a good amount of space compared to other B&Bs. There is a queen bed upstairs and a small kitchen and living room downstairs. Note that there is no breakfast or internet. However, the price is about half what rooms... More

The guest house is a split level house with an open bedroom on the top floor, and bathroom, living/dining area, and kitchen (no stove) on the 1st floor. The House is small, but adequate space to be comfortable in for the weekend. The top floor gets a little stuffy at night, but nothing that opening the windows didn't help. The... More

We stayed at Huckleberry's in the beginning of July. The guest house in Brewster was a good central location for our Cape Cod vacation. The house is 2 stories (and definetly not suitable for kids), with a small staircase. The bathroom, kitchenette and living room is on the first floor and the bedroom, with a comfortable bed, is on the... More

This was our second time we have stayed at the Huckleberry's Guest House, the first time was 4th of july weekend 2007. We couldn't believe the low price of this place and were both shocked at how nice it was (hence the second trip). The owners are fantastic and very friendly. The house is located almost in the center of... More

When I saw a guest house at such a low price in high season on Cape Cod, I thought it was too good to be true. I was right! I booked for four nights and paid in advance. I exchanged a couple of e-mails with Bob, the owner, regarding payment and availability and made plans to drive up from NY.... More

I originally made a reservation in April 2005 for a stay in August. I made the reservation online, which included a "deposit" amounting to payment in full for my two-day stay. I then called Huckleberrys immediately afterward to confirm the details and to ask if my anticipated arrival after 9pm would be an issue. (I knew with a bed and... More

This has to be the best value on the Cape. It is a delightful cottage with a bedroom upstairs and living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. It is furnished in large part with antiques, it has a great porch, and it really couldn't be better for a couple traveling together. It was only $84 a night, which is unbelievable in... More
