if anyone on the floor is smoking in there room expect to be charged for smoking in your room and that will cost you 279.00 . the front desk staff are completely rude and when I say staff I mean 4 different employees . I will never recommend or stay at any marriot including Brockton ever again More

Stayed here with group for a local tournament. Down a twisty dark road didn't expect to find hotel. Kind of looked like near a jail. The hotel was nice though. The rooms were standard mini suites and comfortable. All was fine until 2 in morning I woke up from loud fight next door. Breakfast bar standard. Nice but bad location. More

We (my wife and I) were in town to attend the funeral of my father in law (retired fireman) we wanted to stay in Brockton near our relatives. We found this hotel on Trip Advisor - we were really impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Kudos to the young... More

I stayed here a year or so ago and just booked another week here for this coming september. A nice place that is located between boston and the Cape. Good if you need to see a lot of people that live in numerous outlaying towns, like me. Good size room, with oven and fridge. Only 40 minutes to boston and... More

I came to visit family in the Boston area, and ended up staying in this hotel at first I was a little scepticle as I heard fearful things about this location. Contrary to my beliefs it was in a nice area. And safe. I got a room on the 2nd floor. Now let me tell you I have a big... More

I am so used to staying at Marriott property but I was not impressed at all with the services I have received from the staff there. The front desk agent seem to only care about the pay check because they failed to make me feel welcomed in any way. When I asked for directions the front desk rolled there eyes... More

We are visiting Stonehill College and booked the Residence Inn for the night. I've never stayed in one of these hotels so I was pleasantly surprised. We booked a one bedroom suite and it was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious. It's a five minute drive to the college so it's location is very convenient. They have cookies at the front... More

We had to stay here last minute when we had a plumbing emergency and no water in our home. They were able to accommodate my family of 5 with no problem. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, one queen bed in each bedroom and a pullout couch. The room was very clean, and the kitchen was a nice bonus.... More

Hotel was nice but my room had the heat pump from the room across the way right outside the bedroom window. Sounded like a truck engine running. Check your room before settling in. More

The studio suite we stayed was quite spacious and comfortable. We loved the air conditioning of the room as the AC vents were on the ceiling and didn't have those bulky noise making units at the bottom. This was definitely the plus point of the room. The suite had updated full equipped kitchen. Never felt short of anything. The staff... More
